And you can purchase them from the lovely ladies at Sweet Perennial for a steal to gussy up a store-bought cake and voila - extra-fancy, gorgeous, boutique-style cake! They are made to be used on pastry, so you don’t have to worry whether or there are pesticides or other nasty things on them - didn’t think of that one, didja?
They are oh so incredibly pretty! And you can custom order them to match your other flowers!
And...
They are especially nice to have on hand if there is a last minute cake disaster and you need a replacement - pronto!
If you happen to be in Portland, Oregon they teach classes so you can make your very own sugar flowers. That would impress the pants off of me.
